Shipping Policy
BED MASTERS ships furniture across the North Island of New Zealand only.
Order Processing
We process and dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next business day.
Delivery Areas and Charges
We deliver to all areas in the North Island, including Auckland, major cities, and rural areas. Shipping charges vary depending on your location and the size of the items.

Auckland Metro: From $50

Other North Island cities: From $80

Rural North Island: From $120
Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Details
We deliver to the ground floor or front door of the property. Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery. Missed deliveries may incur re-delivery charges.
Return & Exchange Policy
We only accept returns for items that are damaged or faulty.
Returns
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 10 days from the date of your order. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Please provide proof of damage such as clear photos. Once approved, we will arrange a return or pickup. Return shipping for damaged items is free.
Exchanges
We offer free replacements for any item that arrives damaged or faulty, if reported within 10 days of the order date.
To request a return or exchange, contact us with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief explanation of the issue.
